Last night while dining out at a restaurant I had pointed to ‘bread and butter’ on the menu and was very surprised to have an endless collection of dishes with relishes, butters and more arrive. One of the dishes included this amazing cold relished potato. I have never had a cold potato that tasted so yummy!
In search of a recipe so if you happen to know a potato marinate that may look like the image above please leave me a comment with the link so I can try it at home. Unfortunately, the server didn’t speak English so I couldn’t get the recipe.

Give me a hint as to what kind I’d restaurant it was? From the photo I see oil oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, oregano and I assume salt. Yummy!
